So, it’s no wonder why there are replica watches of this model available, but not all are great, and some may have big differences that can be hardly overlooked.

IWC Big Pilot Chronograph

Here we have two watches, one a replica and the other an original model; we will compare them and see what the differences between them are. The first difference that we see is on the hour markings; they are slightly different on the replica watch, but not extremely noticeable. It seems that the original watch has very thick numbers for each hour, however the replica watch has numbers with a much thinner design. The next difference between the two watches is the design of the chronographs; on the replica watch they have thicker numbers and they are more in depth than on the replica watch.

Another difference between these watches is noticeable on the top chronograph, which seems to have different numbers than the one on the original watch. The chronograph on the replica watch has numbers 4, 8 and 12 written on it, but the chronograph on the original watch has numbers 10, 20 and 30 written on it. The same happens with the left chronograph where we can easily see that there are different numbers; the numbers on the replica watch are 06, 08 and 10 but on the original watch we have the following sequence of numbers: 20, 40 and 60. The last difference between these two watches is also on a chronograph, this time on the bottom chronograph; on the replica watch the chronograph has the following numbers: 6, 12, 18, and 24 but on the original watch it has numbers: 3, 6, 9 and 10.

The IWC Spitfire Chronograph is definitely a majestic watch and who wouldn’t want to wear such a beauty on their wrist? The watch definitely has a classy touch so it’s perfect for a gentleman who wants to pair it up with elegant attire. In terms of style, you cannot fail with this beautiful accessory. Although the watch is definitely irresistible, the price for it is not that affordable, so people thought about other options when it came to wearing such a beautiful luxury watch and created replica watches. Fortunately, there are a lot of replica watches out there but unfortunately, many of them are bad so it’s up to you to see whether a replica is good or not.

Here we have two watches of this model, one is a replica watch and the other is an original watch; both watches have been put side by side so that we can easily notice the differences between them.

The first difference that we can notice is the hour mark at 3 o’clock; the mark on the replica watch is a bit shorter than the one on the original watch. The same happens with the marking at 9 o’clock, but this is probably because the design on the IWC replica watch with chronograph is a bit narrower than the one on the original watch so there is not that much space. The next difference between the two watches is at the lower chronograph; it seems that this chronograph is showing numbers 6, 12, 18, 24 on the replica watch while the numbers on the original watch are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. The same thing happens with the left chronograph, which on the replica watch shows following sequence of numbers: 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 but on the original watch it shows the number 60. The next difference is on the third chronograph, the upper chronograph where on the replica watch we can find the following numbers: 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 but on the original watch the numbers 10, 20 and 30 are showing, making this the last difference between the two watches.

IWC has been making watches for a long time, and it has definitely made a lot of Pilot watches in its history; however, there are some watches that simply stay with you, watches that you can’t resist having and watches that you would always cherish. This is definitely one of these watches and with the cool design and the fact that it comes with such great technology there is no wonder why people out there create replicas that resemble it. However, not all replicas are great and you should always watch out for what you buy.

Here we have to compare two watches, one is an original IWC watch and the other is a replica watch. There are a few things that set these two watches apart. There is a total number of six differences when it comes to these watches.

Fake

Fake

The first difference that we see between these two watches is the fact that the replica watch doesn’t have the tachymeter and this might put some people off. The second difference between these two watches is at 3 o’clock, where it seems that there is a red marking; the marking cannot be found on the replica watch. Another difference is when looking at the watch overall, and we can see that the hour markings are definitely longer on the replica watch than on the original IWC watch. The next difference is the lower chronograph that seems to have different numbers than the one on the original. The chronograph on the replica watch has the following sequence of numbers: 6, 12, 18, and 24 while the original watch has the following sequence of numbers: 3, 6, 9 and 12. The same happens with the chronograph on the left that has numbers 4 and 8 while the one on the original watch has numbers 20 and 10. Also, it seems that the top chronograph has the same problem, showing on the replica watch the following number sequence: 4, 8 and 12 while the chronograph on the original watch is different, since it shows numbers: 10, 20 and 30, making this the last difference between these two watches.

The IWC Pilot Working Power Reserve Replica is definitely a watch for a gentleman; it comes well fitted on the wrist with a comfortable strap and a classy design. A suit for a person who loves being more elegant, the watch also has a great addition in terms of technology, it comes with a 7 day power reserve, which is a great touch. Fake IWC Pilot Reserve is definitely a good watch that has been gaining more and more popularity since it first appeared; this is why a lot of manufacturers are trying to replicate it and sell it for a lower price. However, some replicas out there are definitely not a good idea, while others are very good and look much like the original.

IWC Pilot Working Power Reserve

Here we have two watches, one replica and the other an original IWC watch with power reserve. There are a few differences between the watches, but definitely nothing major. The first difference that we see between the two watches is the design at 2 o’clock. It seems that the replica watch shows much more of the “2” number than the original watch, where the number seems to be hidden by the date. Also, another difference is the fact that the watch has a different design at the 3 o’clock on the original watch, where it seems that the marking is a bit shorter also because of the date. Another difference, making this the third difference between the watches, is the fact that the number at 4 o’clock seems to have the same fate as the previous number we talked about, at 2 o’clock; again, the replica watch shows much more of the number than the original watch.

IWC Pilot Working Power Reserve Replica

The forth difference between these two watches is at the writing that says “Automatic”; it seems that the writing is in color white on the original watch but on the IWC replica watch the color is black. All these differences are definitely small and a lot of people wouldn’t notice them even if they were to put the watches side by side, let alone notice them just by looking at your watch.

The IWC Pilot’s Watch is one of the most interesting time pieces to come out from the Swiss watchmakers in the last years. It combines the best materials available with a simple yet elegant design that can work for any type of occasion. The watch is designed for pilots and has three chronographs. The design is made to resemble a fighter jet cockpit even to the way the date display looks like an altimeter. The three chronographs show time in hours minutes and seconds.

The whole watch is made to resist to a lot of wear and tear, particularly to a great deal of water pressure. The watch also comes with a 68 hour power reserve and as an interesting detail that shows its pilot pedigree it comes with a iron inner case to help protect the watch from magnetic fields. The sapphire glass is convex and scratch resistant. It is also has an antireflective coating on both sides so it can be very clearly seen in any type of light and weather. It comes with a screw in crown and has a diameter of 46 millimeters making it a rather large watch which is a desirable trait when it comes to watches designed for aviation.

This being said there are a number of differences between the two watches. The main difference between the two watches is the presence of a fourth button situated at 10 o’clock. The other big difference is the way the chronographs look and how they are situated. The 12 o’clock chronograph indicates seconds in the original while the second one has totally different markings. The same thing can be said about the six and the nine o’clock chronographs, being situated in different places when compared to the original and indicating time with totally different markers.
